Welcome to Night & Day Audio! We apologize for you getting this Maintenance Notification Page instead of seeing the e-commerce website. We've taken this *temporary*, but necessary step to block the website not because of any issue with the site, but because we wanted to suppress any new orders being submitted for a little bit. Just until we can get caught up and sort through all the outstanding items. The owner of Night & Day Audio suffered two separate medical events in recent weeks. He is currently unable to perform the duties needed to run the business. Normally this wouldn't be an issue as the owner has trained and empowered part time employees that work for him and help process all orders off the website. Unfortunately, they have not stepped up in his absence and instead left his employment. Several local friends and long time customers of the owner found out about the situation and we are helping to sort through the mess and try to communicate with everyone that is inquiring and placing orders. However, we are NOT audio equipment salespeople. We're not trained on all the systems, how to process orders, or even what all the various items available for sale look like in their factory shipping cartons. We are trying to respond to the backlog of customer inquiries and process and ship all the delayed orders (or cancel and refund if the customer wishes). It is taking much longer than we expected and we are falling further behind by having more new orders coming in before we can finish dealing with the orders already in the system. We want to help our friend and not let this submarine his business. So we are doing our best to work through everything as quickly as possible and learn everything needed to handle the business until the owner can take back over. So we are taking this temporary measure to suppress and prevent any solicitation of new business. Once we are caught up on the backlog of orders and we can be sure we can process orders the same day they are received, we will then turn off this maintenance screen and open up the website for new business again. Thank you very much in advance for your interest and your understanding and support in this matter. If you have already placed an order and have not yet heard from us, please be patient. We are working through the list and should have all orders cleared in the next few days. We will be compensating customers for the delays in their orders whenever possible. For those customers that wish it, we will absolutely cancel and fully refund your purchase as soon as we can. If we could refund you MORE than the original purchase price for the inconvenience, frustration, and harm we have caused we would do it. I personally have experienced over the last 7 years of being a customer just how much the owner of the business cares and wants to make every person completely satisfied. I can see how much he is suffering not being able to fix these issues immediately himself. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
